Orange Dream Smoothie
6 ounces of 2-percent, reduced-fat vanilla Greek yogurt
2/3 cup ice cubes
1/2 cup chopped, peeled, frozen mango
1/2 cup orange juice (fresh squeezed preferred)
1 medium orange, peeled and sliced into segments
1 teaspoon vanilla
Place all ingredients in a blender, process for one minute or until completely smooth. Makes two servings.
