Vintage Shopping in Downtown Northport Returns

Vintage Shopping in Downtown Northport Returns Jamie Cicatiello

Bargain hunters, take note: The 5th Street Vintage Market returns soon to open its fall season. If you’re into browsing through great vintage items, this is definitely the place to be.

The first Vintage Market of the season is set for this Sunday, Sept. 11, at the Northport Farmer’s Market, located at 4150 Fifth Street. The Market is open from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.  Be sure to come early so you’ll get your shot at the best selections.

The 5th Street Vintage Market is a fantastic place to find unusual items – from vintage clothes, colorful jewelry and books to handmade items, vinyl records, unique furniture, and more. You’re just as likely to discover a favorite new handmade soap as you are to find a unique, one-of-a-kind vintage scarf or brooch.

Items available at the 5th Street Vintage Market are geared toward all tastes. The chances are very good that you’ll find a treasure you have to take home with you. And best of all, you’ll be able to get to know some talented local artists and collectors, who will quite often take the time to discuss collecting, vintage items or anything you have questions about.
